“Cookies” are files used for identification. As the administrator, OpenMind sends such cookies via the vidvi website and saves them on the user’s hard drive. Our cookies are protected from being read by third parties, based on standard browser security features.

We use two types of cookies:

  • session cookies (short-term) that are stored on your device and remain there until the end of a browser session, upon which they will be permanently deleted from the device’s memory;
  • persistent cookies (long-term) that are stored on the user’s device and remain there until manually deleted by the user or expired, according to the storage times specified below.

It contains the domain, utk, start timestamp (first visit), end timestamp (last visit), current timestamp (this visit) and session number (incremental for each subsequent session).

This cookie tracks the user’s identity. It is passed to HubSpot when an online form is submitted and it is used for contact deduplicating.

It contains GUID which represents the current visitor.

This cookie is installed by Google Analytics. It is used to process data on visitors, sessions, campaigns and user behaviour tracking for website analytics reporting. It contains anonymous information and assigns a random number to identify unique users.

It registers a unique identifier which is used to generate statistical data about how the user navigates through the website.

Pixel is an analytics tool that allows measuring how effective ads are.

This cookie is installed by Facebook to help deliver our ads to those who visited our site and are now visiting Facebook or another digital platform operated by Facebook Advertising.

This cookie is installed by Hotjar when a customer first accesses a page containing a Hotjar script. It is used to capture the Hotjar user ID that is unique to the page. It ensures that the user’s behaviour during later visits to the same page will be assigned the same user ID.

External cookies are used by the website to:

  • collect information how users navigate through the website and create statistics based on it – Google Analitycs, Hubspot
  • present ads customised to the user’s preferences – Facebook Pixel
  • analyse website user behaviour to make the website even more functional in terms of appearance and content – HotJar

The purpose of the cookies is to enable page configuration, collection of statistics and, in particular:

  • to adapt the contents of the website’s pages to User’s preferences and optimise how the pages behave, in particular the cookies help recognise the User’s device and adjust the website appearance to custom preferences;
  • to recognise the website user’s device and its location based on Google Analytics (without combining such data with information on the user’s IP address or other data);
  • to display the website properly formatted and tailored to the user’s individual needs;
  • to save settings chosen by the user and personalise the user interface;
  • to collect anonymous statistical information about visitors;
  • in addition, to display ads that are most relevant to the user’s activity on the website.

OpenMind does not use cookies without the user’s consent, except when necessary for the operation of the website. The user may give the consent manually at any time through the cookie banner that appears on or through the settings of the user’s web browser (by appropriately configuring the settings) or by clicking again on the cookie banner at the bottom of the page to change an earlier choice/decision.

If the essential cookies are restricted by the user in any way, it may adversely affect certain features of the website
